How soon should I order a sign?
When the baby is born, please visit our website to order online or call /text (912) 547-9990 to place your order. We will need to know the preferred message on the bundle, delivery address, who is gifting the stork to the new parents, and a contact number. If you would like the personalized bundle for your stork rental, we will need the baby’s name (first and middle), birthdate, length, and weight. If you would like to include a sibling star or pet sign, please provide that information as well. When we receive your order, we will deliver and set up the stork within 24-48 hours.
Can I Pre Order my Stork Sign?
Since there is always uncertainty around a baby’s arrival, we do not reserve stork signs. Please call us when the baby is born, and we will make the delivery within 24-48 hours of the request. We do accept reservations for the 1-day stork rentals used for baby showers or sip and see events.
What areas does 334 Storks deliver to?
We proudly deliver to addresses with an Auburn and Opelika address. We are happy to deliver outside of this area for an additional fee.
Does 334 Storks offer Storks for Multiples?
If you’re blessed with multiples, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! We offer separate stork signs for each baby. Yes, that’s right! Each bundle carries the details of each precious little one. Contact us to learn more about our multiples special offer!
Where will my Stork be placed in my yard?
We will use our best judgment when placing the sign in your yard to consider visibility and photo opportunities. If you have a specific place in mind, please let us know when you order, and we will do our best to install in the desired location.
Does 334 Storks have rentals for Baby Showers and "Sip and Sees"?
Yes! We offer a 1-day rental of our blue/pink stork sign including delivery, installation, and removal with generic baby bundle “Welcome to the baby shower” which will be collected at the end of the rental. You can add a customized keepsake baby bundle (e.g. “Welcome to Abby’s Baby Shower” “Welcome baby Smith”). Please let us know if your stork sign will need to be installed indoors or outdoors and we will provide a stand if needed.
Can I Move, Mow or Attach items to my rental?
No, please do not move or attach anything to the signs, including balloons. Also, please use caution when mowing or weed eating around the stork sign.
What is the sign is damaged during my rental?
Please contact 334 Storks and More right away if you notice any damage to the stork sign. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to last. However, the signs are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries involving the sign while it’s being rented. The renter of the stork sign assumes that responsibility and liability and also will be responsible for payment for any damage to the sign while it’s rented. By ordering a sign, the individual accepts responsibility for the sign while it’s on their or their family member's or friend’s property. Thank you so much for your consideration and cooperation.
What is the refund policy?
You will receive a refund if you cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance or if there is extreme weather that prevents us from installing your sign.
